Sunset Cliffs Micro Wedding

Ling + Hiromi micro wedding,

sunset cliffs

I love when my couples take control and decide that they can’t wait another minute not being married.  For Ling and Hiromi this was exactly how they were feeling after having postponed their original wedding due to COVID-19.  Instead Ling and Hiromi decided to host an intimate elopement at Sunset Cliffs National Park in San Diego, California with their closest friends and family, a pizza guy and a cooler full of drinks! My kinda people!

Even though they weren’t able to have the wedding they planned and dreamed about, they were still surrounded by those who loved them more than anything else. And most importantly, they were able to keep the traditions of her family by presenting both their parents with flowers and speeches and even FaceTiming her dad in Taiwan. Right in the middle of their own ceremony!!  It was so sweet I was moved to tears!

Watching these two all day was so incredible to me because I witnessed a display of genuine love between these two.  Where one one was more shy and reserved, the other was outgoing and dancing like no one was watching - a great example of opposites attracting.  But the most important part of that example was they were dancing together.  What song you may ask were they getting down to?  Single No More by Chance the Rapper!!!! A great wedding vibes song if you ask me! I had so much fun capturing this day that I hope you can feel the love as you scroll through!
