Bridget + Ian got married at Luce Loft in Downtown San Diego. Bridget was the most carefree and flexible bride, and it really set the tone for the day! They got ready at an airbnb nearby, then had their first look in front of the san diego public library.

The ceremony and reception were held at Luce Loft - one of my favorite San Diego Venues! It’s in such a good spot downtown, such a fun place to walk around for photos around the venue! The perfect urban backdrop. The only downside to Luce Loft is that they don’t get a ton of natural lighting - especially around sunset time. That ended up being perfect for Bridget + Ian as that was the look they were going for!

Blue hour is becoming more and more popular as the photography world embraces grainy images - Bridget + Ian’s bridals started after sunset, giving us the perfect urban blue hour bridals.

The day was closed out with the best celebration anyone could imagine. Their reception was such a fun party… and OH MAN, the cupcakes. THE CUPCAKES. That’s all I’ll say about that! I love when a dance floor is filled with people and such good energy - the true perfect ending to a perfect day.
